Donny McClellan, an estate planning attorney in Arvada, Colorado, needed a professional website that would reflect his values, attract local clients, and give him the flexibility to scale his services over time. We opted to build his site in WordPress because of how easy it is to replicate and build additional web pages.
Donny needed a fresh website design that also reflected his local expertise. We added details to the copy that discussed his expertise in Colorado law, mentioned his service area, and encouraged him to hire a photographer who took great photos of him in the region, capturing local landmarks.
A key element to help with his business’s SEO is FAQs. We had an extensive discovery meeting with Donny where we asked him many questions related to estate planning law in Colorado. This helped us draft Q&As that people hiring an estate attorney need to know.
We also included a call-to-action form at the bottom of almost every page, making it easy for users o have a quick way to contact him through the website.
Though we didn’t do an official StoryBrand workup on The McClellan Law Firm website, we did incorporate elements of StoryBrand into the content, such as the three step process for engagement and demonstrating value by getting testimonials on the site.
